Wim Keppens

Wim Keppens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process management and operational expertise. As the Founder and Managing Director of ProcessCube since January 2006, Wim Keppens has provided Lean BPM solutions to a variety of esteemed clients, including Essent, Infrabel, and the Flemish Government. In addition to leading ProcessCube, Wim holds roles as a Project Manager at the CNDB Association and GRITT Projects, focusing on ISO certifications, and as a Process Manager for Incident Management at Infrabel. Wim Keppens also contributes to the Number Portability Association as a Service Manager and advises on contact center strategies through consultancy for The House of Contact Centers. Educational credentials include a Civil Engineer degree from Ghent University and a Master's in Satellite Telecommunications from ISAE-SUPAERO.
