Mercedes Spataro has worked for several companies since 2007. Mercedes started their career at Car Security S.A (Sistema Lojack) in 2007, where they worked as an Administrativa, providing customer service and performing administrative tasks, as well as preparing reports on the status of clients' portfolio. In 2011, they worked as an Asistente del área Instituciones Políticas y Gobierno for Poder Ciudadano Foundation. In 2012, they worked as a Project Manager for Livra.com, managing the complete cycle of Online Market Research projects and liaising with different stakeholders. Also in 2012, they worked as a Voluntaria for FOVISEE, writing notes for the "Agenda and latest news" section of the FOVISEE website and researching solar thermal energy. From 2013 to 2018, they worked for Ipsos Interactive Services as a Team Lead Project Manager, coordinating, supervising and coaching a 10-member team, both locally and remotely. Finally, since 2018, they have worked for Maru/Matchbox Latin America as an Operations Manager/Survey Programmer, acting as the hub for advice and strategic input for the LatAm team on all Operations related matters. Mercedes is also responsible for planning day-to-day tasks, tweaking processes and ensuring compliance with best practices. Additionally, they provide support to other internal teams on initiatives and Research on Research. Currently, Mercedes Spataro is working as a Product & QA Manager for Circl.es.

Mercedes Spataro graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 with a Lic. en Ciencia Política. In 2017, they enrolled in FICDE and is currently pursuing a Diplomatura in Gestión Ambiental y Sostenibilidad. Mercedes is also enrolled in Holos Sanchez Bodas to pursue a Consultoría Psicológica from 2021 to 2023. Mercedes Spataro has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including C# Essential Training: 1 Syntax and Object Oriented Programming (2022), Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management (2020), Power BI Essential Training (2019), Data Visualization for Data Analysts (2018), Machine Learning for Marketing: Essential Training (2018), SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis (2018), and Learning Data Analytics (2018).
