Circle Collective

An innovative social enterprise and registered charity, Circle was founded in September 2010 by Turly Humphreys. Circle was created to help unemployed young people acquire and develop the workplace skills, confidence, positive mindset and self-discipline needed to secure life-changing permanent employment. Circle aims to positively impact the lives of unemployed young people by providing a non-academic pathway into a variety of sectors, including business, retail and facilities management. We aspire to offer a unique wrap-around service, increasing confidence, well being and motivation whilst providing training, real-life work experience and opportunities to build strong practical and entrepreneurial skills. We will support every young person we work with, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, increase their earnings and become responsible members of the community and mentors to future recruits. We want every young person we support to be closer to the labour market and to place as many as possible into full-time employment, permanently enriching and improving their lives. Circle also aims to support as best as we can the local communities that we serve and offer disadvantaged young people looking to return to work the opportunity to enhance their own skills through volunteering.
