Frank Lugger

Frank Lugger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering, business development, and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Engineering/R&D at Circle Graphics since October 2008, Frank oversees advanced engineering, new product introduction, program management, corporate quality, and EH&S programs. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Jabil Corporation, Managing Partner and Co-Founder at ABC Companies, Corporate Vice President & General Manager at Solectron, Vice President of CSG Manufacturing at NCR Corporation, and Group General Manager at Tandy Electronics/AST Research. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Chemistry from Trinity University, earned between 1975 and 1978.
