David O'Connor MSc, Chartered FCIPD, CMgr CMI is an experienced professional in people development and learning initiatives, currently serving as a People Development Business Partner for Circle Health Group since November 2015. Previously held roles include Head of Learning and Development at Parkdean Holidays and Corporate Training and Development Manager at Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. David has also served as Human Resources Director for Norwegian Cruise Line and Human Resources Manager for Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. David's educational background includes an MSc in Leadership and Management Practice from Liverpool John Moores University, along with ongoing CIPD qualifications leading to FCIPD status.
