Dean B. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dean started their career as an Editorial Assistant at Advanstar Communications, where they gained experience in researching, writing, editing, and proofreading articles. Dean then worked as an Office Administrator at Cardiff Engineering and Fabrications Ltd, where they developed strong communication and teamwork skills and gained knowledge in IT packages.
In Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust, Dean served as a Patient Safety Officer, responsible for producing a bimonthly Patient Safety newsletter and managing legal claims. Dean then joined Cheshire & Merseyside CSU as a Compliance Support, where they managed a comprehensive Datix database and coordinated risk management processes.
Dean later worked at Countess of Chester Hospital as a Datix Manager before moving to Spire Healthcare Group plc as a Group Governance Systems Lead. In this role, they were solely responsible for the ownership, management, and system administration of Spire Healthcare's incident management system.
Currently, Dean is working at Circle Health Group as a Group Clinical Effectiveness Lead. Dean'sresponsibilities include leading the delivery and interpretation of clinical information, analyzing and submitting data and KPIs.
Throughout their work experience, Dean has shown expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
Dean B. earned a Diploma of Higher Education in Journalism from the University of Chester, attending from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, Dean completed high school at St John Baptist High School from 1996 to 2003. In addition, Dean obtained certification as a Datix Certified Professional (DCP) from Datix Ltd in 2014.
