Dr. Lorraine Kelly (PhD) has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr Lorraine has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2002 with the NHS. Dr Lorraine worked at the Royal Free NHS Trust from December 2002 to February 2005, and then moved to the Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Trust from February 2005 to March 2010. During their time at BMI Healthcare from 2010 to 2016, they served as the Director of Nursing. Dr Lorraine then joined Aspen in 2016 as the Director of Clinical Services. In 2018, Dr. Kelly became the Deputy Chief Nurse at HCA Healthcare. In 2019, they took on roles at Spire Healthcare Group plc as the National Matron and later as the Regional Director of Clinical Services. - In 1998, they attained a qualification in Ethics in Professional Practice from Middlesex University.

- From 2000 to 2010, Dr Lorraine Kelly pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Middlesex University, concentrating on Breast Cancer Follow-up.

- In 2013, they completed a 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity - Facilitator course from Franklin Covey.

- In the same year, Dr Kelly also obtained a Level 5 ILM Management Course from Skills for Health.
