Nicola Walker

Nicola Walker has a strong background in pharmacy services and medicine management. Nicola is currently working as the National Principal Pharmacist at Circle Health Group, where they are responsible for supporting the provision of pharmacy services and medicine management processes throughout the organization. In this role, they have established rapport with stakeholders, streamlined workflows, led investigations into disciplinary reviews and conflict resolution, and applied expert knowledge to regulatory inspections. Nicola also reviews medicines and prescription-related complaints to create better outcomes. Prior to their current role, Nicola worked as the Clinical Services Manager for Pharmacy and Oncology at BMI Healthcare. Nicola has also held positions as a Superintendent Pharmacist at TPS Healthcare Group Ltd, a Lead Pharmacist for Medicine and Formulary at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Nicola Walker received a BSc in Pharmacy from Aston University in 1996 and later pursued a Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma at Cardiff University from 1997 to 2000. In 2022, they began studying at Liverpool John Moores University for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
