Adam Busby

Adam Busby's work experience begins in 2002, where they started as an Assistant Bed Manager at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. Adam then worked as a Theatre Health Care Assistant and a Student Theatre Practitioner before becoming a Theatre Practitioner/Bank Clinical Site Team member at the trust. In 2008, they joined the Bristol Royal Infirmary as a Senior Theatre Practitioner and later became a Theatre Team Leader.

In 2010, Adam joined Spire Healthcare Group plc as a Theatre Manager and then progressed to become a Matron/Head of Clinical Services and later a Group Head of Clinical Operations.

In 2018, Adam started working for the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an Associate Director of Private Patient Services. Adam was later appointed as Deputy Divisional Director and then Divisional Director.

In 2021, Adam joined Circle Health Group as the Group Director of Clinical Practice & Performance, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Group Clinical Director.

Adam Busby obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care from the University of the West of England between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Higher Education in Operating Department Practice from the University of Plymouth from 2004 to 2006.
