Melissa Lader

Melissa Lader is currently the Operations Manager at Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County, Inc. where Melissa supervises and supports a team of Care Manager Supervisors. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Care Manager Supervisor at the same company and has experience in various social work roles at organizations such as 92nd Street Y, UJA-Federation of New York, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. Melissa has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Post-Master's Certificate in Executive Leadership in the Not-for-Profit Sector from NYU Silver School of Social Work. Melissa also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a Concentration in Math from Cornell University.
