Community Relations Team

The Community Relations Team at Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County, Inc. is responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with local organizations, schools, and community groups. This team works to identify and develop resources and partnerships that can support the diverse needs of multiple-needs children and their families. Through outreach efforts, they promote awareness of available services and ensure community involvement in the design and implementation of Individual Service Plans. Their goal is to enhance the quality of life for the children served by leveraging both formal and informal community supports.
