Alex Auroux has held a variety of roles in the finance and business industry since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at AMS Conseil, where they delivered 15 Market Studies, Brand Awareness Studies, Satisfaction Surveys and Financial Diagnosis for clients, achieving 60% of total revenue and a 20% increase of turnover. Alex also won a prize for best Junior-Enterprise. In 2008, they joined the JP Morgan graduate program in the Client services team for derivative trades, settling OTC transactions on CDS products and responsible for calculating daily P&L for French clients. In 2010, they worked as a Business Analyst - Performance Improvement at EY, working on performance improvement projects for financial and insurance companies in the fields of customer experience process reengineering and process re-design. In 2011, they worked at The Customer Experience Company as a Customer Experience Manager and Lead Product Manager, delivering projects in the fields of Customer Research, Customer Experience strategy, User Experience strategy, Feedback Loop implementation, and more. In 2015, they worked at Sport Heroes as the Chief Product Officer, leading the Product & Marketing team, creating the product strategy and vision to pivot the company toward a SaaS software solution to manage and engage communities of sport enthusiasts. Alex also served as the Managing Director Australia & New Zealand, founding and bootstrapping the Sport Heroes Group in Australia and building the local team, partnerships and community. In 2019, they worked at ClassPass as the General Manager France, launching ClassPass in Paris with more than 350 partners and managing the local team to achieve ambitious expansion goals for France. In 2020, they have worked as an Investor at Time for the Planet, an enterprise with the mission to rassemble 1 billion euros to create 100 enterprises fighting against climate change, and at The Alt Saints as an Investor. Alex has also served as a Start-up Mentor at Mentoring - Pay it Forward, offering consulting services and their network to entrepreneurs with an impact project with the Pay it Forward model.
Alex Auroux received a Master's degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship & Strategy from KEDGE Business School in 2010. In 2014, they attended General Assembly and completed a User Experience Design course.
