Clifford Watkin

Clifford Watkin has extensive experience in human resources and business development. Clifford is the Founder and Chief People Officer of Circle Strategies, Inc., a role they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources Practice at Ipswich Bay Advisors from 2007 to 2019. Clifford also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group from 2000 to 2007, and as the Director of Employee Benefits at Fresenius Medical Care from 1994 to 2000. Before that, they worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Watson Wyatt from 1987 to 1993. Clifford's passion lies in helping companies implement effective human resources strategies and supporting minority-owned businesses to thrive.

Clifford Watkin has an MBA in Business, which they obtained from Northeastern University between the years 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Business at Boston University, graduating from 1983 to 1987. Clifford also served as an Adjunct Instructor for HR Management in the Business School at Salem State University. Additionally, they hold certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2010.
