Rebecca Moran, MD, FAAFP, is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in family medicine and public health. Currently serving as a Physician and Interim Director of Outpatient Clinics at Circle the City since January 2023, Rebecca focuses on delivering high-quality care to individuals facing homelessness in Maricopa County. Additionally, as the Founder and Lead Medical Writer at Moran Medical Insights, Rebecca specializes in public-facing medical information and patient education. Previous roles include family physician positions at Banner Health, Foothills Family Care, Kachina Family Practice, and Desert Grove Family Medical, spanning over two decades. Rebecca earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency at the University of Michigan, following a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Brown University.
Circle the City
Circle the City is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides healthcare to men, women and children experiencing homelessness. Circle the City is nationally recognized for its innovative continuum of care which includes outpatient care, recuperative respite care, and mobile medical care. Circle the City provides healthcare to approximately 8,000 people a year.
