Bre Little

Bre Little is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and securities law. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal in Securities and Governance at Circle since June 2025, Bre also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Previous roles include Supervisor of Securities and Governance and Corporate Governance and SEC Paralegal at Solventum, as well as Corporate Governance and Securities Paralegal at Smartsheet, where responsibilities included the preparation of SEC filings and compliance research. Earlier experience includes acting as Director of Legal Operations and Corporate Secretary for a Stealth Mode Startup, managing all legal and operational functions. Bre Little holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southern Nazarene University and obtained legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
