Guillermo Torres

Guillermo Torres is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across multiple high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Circle, Torres has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Design Manager for Community Safety and Support at Lyft, where leadership of a digital product design team was critical to enhancing user safety. Other notable positions include Sr. Design Manager at Carta, Senior Design Manager for Prohost at Airbnb, and Sr. Design Manager for Google Maps. Torres was also instrumental as the Head of Design at YesGraph and led design efforts for Adobe's Edge products. With a strong foundation in human-computer interaction as a Computer Engineer from Universidad Simón Bolívar and an Executive Education leadership program at Stanford, Torres combines technical expertise with a passion for creating innovative user experiences.
