Jenny Leung is a regulatory attorney and product counsel at Circle, focusing on blockchain and crypto, fintech, and data privacy. Previously, they served as an immigration attorney at Sydney Immigration Lawyer and as a regulatory attorney with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Throughout their career, Jenny has contributed to Australia’s National Blockchain Roadmap while advising on complex legal issues related to blockchain and fintech at Ketsal. They also have experience at PwC as a Data Protection & Privacy Associate and have been involved in legal research during their internship at CMS Legal Services. Jenny continues their education with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
