Julien Le Goc

Julien Le Goc is the current VP of Enterprise Risk Management at Circle. Julien has also held positions at Diem Association, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and KPMG US. Julien has extensive experience in policy, risk management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Julien has played a key role in helping establish and grow the Enterprise Risk Management public practice at KPMG US. Julien is a skilled leader and manager, with a proven track record of success in both the public and private sectors.

Julien Le Goc has a Master of Science in Finance from American University - Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Information Technology from American University. Julien also went to Lycee Rochambeau French International School.
