Rawan Abdelrazek

Rawan Abdelrazek is a seasoned compliance and financial services executive with extensive experience in regulatory risk management and strategic oversight. Currently serving as Managing Director at Circle since June 2025, Rawan has previously held similar leadership roles at Treliant and Anchorage Digital, where responsibilities included advising firms on BSA/AML and compliance programs, and overseeing operations at an OCC-chartered digital trust bank. Rawan's career includes significant contributions at BlackRock in global compliance and financial crime initiatives, as well as advisory positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, focusing on financial stability and regulatory implementation. Rawan holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University.
