Senior Customer Care Advisor

Thomas Hepworth has extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance, currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Advisor at Circle since June 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at SAP SuccessFactors from June 2017 to June 2021 as a Cloud Product Support Engineer, providing solutions for technical errors and customer issues. Thomas also held the position of Partner Support Representative at SAP, where communication with partners and team members was key to resolving inquiries.
