Aron Miodownik

Aron Miodownik has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Aron is currently a Board Member, Audit Committee Chair, and Compensation Committee Chair at CircleBlack.

Previously, they served as Investor and Board Chair at Canalyst from July 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were Investor and Board Chair at Advizr from April 2015 to July 2019.

Miodownik also served as Investor and Board Chair at FolioDynamix from June 2008 to November 2014. Before that, they co-founded Cambrian Consulting, LLC in February 2008 and served as its Managing Director until June 2022.

Additionally, Miodownik was an Independent Board Member at Scivantage from April 2007 to May 2015. Aron also served as Executive Board Chair at CorrectNet (now a Markit company) from May 2009 to March 2012.

Lastly, they founded and served as President of Cambrian Associates LLC from March 2000 to November 2005. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from March 2000 to November 2005.

Aron Miodownik has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science from Durham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Durham University Business School. Aron is certified by FINRA in General Securities Representations: Series 7, 24 and 63 (lapsed) and by the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting in CIMA (I).
