Mallory Niedert has a strong background in customer success and account management. Mallory started their career as a Customer Service Representative at AT&T in 2010, where they provided customer service support until 2011. Mallory then joined Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company, in 2012 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Account Manager and held that position until 2016. Mallory then joined LogicMonitor in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Commercial Customer Success Manager at CircleCI, starting in June 2021.
Mallory Niedert attended The University of Dallas from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on General studies.
