Maxwell Sindell's work experience begins in 2008 as an Author Liaison & Community Coordinator for redroom.com. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Intern for Senator Barbara Boxer's SF Office, where they assisted constituents in using available tools and support. In 2009, they co-founded Knowledge Genie and served as a Co-Founder until 2010. Maxwell then became a Founding Partner at the Agency for Social Media from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Sindell also served as a Founding Partner at Aligned Trust, where they worked until 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Editor/Copywriter for Skyline Group International. In 2011, Sindell joined Kantola Training Solutions as a Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Support professional, later transitioning to roles as Business & Product Development and Growth Marketing Manager until 2022. Since 2022, Sindell has been working as a Growth Marketing Manager at Circle Medical, focusing on managing key channel partnerships, leading marketing strategy and content development, and achieving revenue goals.

Maxwell Sindell pursued their education starting from 2001 when they attended Interlochen Arts Academy for Creative Writing. Maxwell completed their studies there in 2003. Following that, from 2003 to 2007, Sindell attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing. Later, they enrolled in Presidio Graduate School for the period of 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Sustainability. Additionally, Sindell obtained a Growth Master Certification from GrowthHackers in March 2023.
