Mitchell Koontz

Mitchell Koontz's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

In 2018, they worked as a Substance Abuse/Recovery Intern at Equinox Care. In the same year, they also worked at Oregon Health and Science University as part of the Inpatient Cognitive Engagement Team.

In 2019, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Portland.

Starting in 2015, Mitchell worked at YourMechanic, where they held multiple roles, including Outreach Specialist/Support Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior Operations Consultant. Mitchell'stenure at YourMechanic ended in November 2020.

In 2020, they joined United Nations Volunteers as a Research Team Lead from July to December.

Mitchell Koontz started working at DocMatter in November 2020, initially as a Clinician Advocate. Later, they became the Support and Contact Channel Manager until their departure in July 2022.

Currently, Mitchell is the Operations Manager at Circle Medical, a UCSF Health Affiliate, starting in August 2022.

Mitchell Koontz has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Portland. Additionally, they have completed a program in London, England at the University of Oregon. Mitchell has also obtained certifications in Infection Prevention and Control from Oregon Health and Science University, as well as certifications in Emergency Management Foundations and HIPAA, also from Oregon Health and Science University.
