Oneika Francis

Oneika Francis has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with a role as a Writing Intern at Jamaicansmusic.com and a Business Administrator at Bergan Daniels Media Group. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Care Agent at Digicel Group before transitioning to a Customer Service Representative role at TMS Health, a Xerox Company in 2016. In 2013, Oneika began their freelance writing career on platforms like Elance and PeoplePerHour.com, where they also provided virtual assistance and ghostwriting services.
