Leah Nichols

Leah Nichols is a Project Associate in the Communications department at CirclePoint, beginning in November 2023, responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies for various client projects. Concurrently, Leah serves as a Private Contract Evaluator at Ascending Edge Evaluation, focusing on research, data analysis, and report writing. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Claremont Graduate University, where Leah contributed to a grant on Adverse Childhood Events, and as a Researcher and Project Developer for the Nevada County Community Action Team, leading a campaign to combat sexual assault and domestic violence. Additionally, Leah worked as a Crisis Counselor at Community Beyond Violence, providing support to clients in distress. Leah holds a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
