Becky Xia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Product Operations Lead at Circles since January 2023, Becky drives operational improvements and cross-functional collaboration within the product team. Previously, as a Senior Product Manager at Antler and an Entrepreneur at Qashier, Becky honed strategic skills. At DataSpark Pte Ltd, from February 2016 to March 2022, Becky held multiple roles including Head of Product and Sales Director, where Becky led initiatives in machine learning software for telco operators and mobility analytics solutions. Becky’s earlier career includes significant positions in insights and analytics at Allianz Australia Limited and employer branding consulting at Universum. Educationally, Becky holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
