Leonard Lim

Leonard Lim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Leonard began their career as an Engineer at DSO National Laboratories, where they developed an obstacle avoidance algorithm for unmanned ground vehicles. Leonard then moved on to DSTA, where they held roles as an Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Deputy Head, focusing on cybersecurity and autonomous vehicle projects. At Circles, Leonard held various leadership positions, including PMO Manager and Head of Engineering Operations, where they were responsible for managing large budgets, driving resourcing and allocation of staff, and supporting key initiatives such as setting up an India Product Development Centre. Throughout their career, Leonard has demonstrated strong technical expertise and a track record of delivering successful projects.

Leonard Lim holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2023, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2021, the Organizational Systems Security Analyst from ThinkSECURE Pte Ltd in 2019, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021.
