Shonit Suri is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Global GTM & Revenue Leader at Circles since January 2024. Previously at the Boston Consulting Group from 2020 to 2023, Shonit held the role of Project Leader, leading significant digital transformation initiatives for major financial institutions in Southeast Asia. As a Consultant, Shonit directed digital banking transformations and facilitated agile practices within multinational banks. Prior experience at Accenture as a Strategy Manager focused on digital and technology strategies, while earlier roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch involved technology strategy and change management in investment banking. Shonit holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, complemented by additional studies in business strategy at INSEAD.
