Dean Merrion

Dean Merrion is an experienced executive in digital sales and marketing with a strong background in driving transformation and growth across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Circles Life AU since January 2023, Dean previously held prominent positions at Telstra from January 2012 to October 2023, including Director of Digital Sales and Service, where responsibilities encompassed managing high-performance teams and leading innovation in digital channels. Dean co-founded Belong in mid-2014, focusing on sales, marketing, and product development. Early career roles included leadership positions at Singtel Optus, O2 Media, Blyk, and Virgin Mobile, where significant achievements included increasing customer bases and managing substantial marketing budgets. Dean holds a BA in Business Studies from London South Bank University and additional education from Business School Lausanne.
