Varun Anand

Varun Anand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations. Currently serving as Program Management Lead at Circles since 2023, Varun also held the position of Chief of Staff in Operations. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant at Bain & Company from 2021 to 2023, and various operational leadership roles at Uber from 2016 to 2019, including Senior Regional Operations Manager and Operations & Logistics Manager. Earlier in the career, Varun worked at EY-Parthenon as a Senior Associate and Associate from 2013 to 2016. Varun holds an MBA from INSEAD (2020-2021) and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California (2009-2013).
