Arumugam S

Arumugam S has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Engineer in New Product Development at Autotech Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2001, they moved to Kumar Industries, where they served as a Manager in QA & Management Representation until 2002. Arumugam then joined Lumax Samlip Industries Ltd as an Engineer in New Product Development for a brief period in 2003. Later that year, Arumugam joined Tata Motors Ltd as a Senior Engineer in SQIG, a position they held until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Tyco International, initially as a Supplier Quality Manager and later as a Senior Manager in Operational Excellence. In 2012, Arumugam transitioned to Circor International, where they held various roles including Strategic Sourcing Leader in India, Global Commodity Manager, and Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain. Arumugam continued to progress within Circor, becoming the Group Supply Chain Leader and eventually the Managing Director of Circor Flow Technologies India Pvt Ltd, starting in June 2021.

Arumugam S has a degree in Production Engineering from Bharathidasan University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Arumugam also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a concentration in Operations from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning, completed from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they attained a Six Sigma - Black Belt from the Breakthrough Management Group in 2008.
