Ian Morehouse

Ian Morehouse has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles spanning multiple industries. Ian currently works as the Vice President Operations at CIRCOR International, Inc., where they focus on driving operational excellence and sustainable industry leadership. Prior to this, they served as a Non Executive Director at Future Motors Ltd, providing support and advice on product and market strategy. Ian also worked as the Winter Maintenance Director and IT Director (Interim) at Ground Control, where they successfully integrated acquisitions and doubled revenues. Ian has also held positions such as Practitioner at NEXT LEVEL Partners® LLC, Managing Director at FläktGroup, and Vice President Business Unit Fans at Fläkt Woods Group. Their experience also includes roles at Ametek, Eaton Aerospace, Fluke Europe, and Danaher, where they gained expertise in operations, supply chain management, and implementing lean business practices.

Ian Morehouse obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University in 2000. Ian later completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Cranfield School of Management in 2009.
