Rachel Hao

Rachel Hao is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for APAC at CIRCOR International, Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy development and implementation across three business divisions and managing employee integration following a significant merger. Prior to CIRCOR, Rachel held various HR management positions at Eaton from 2008 to 2018, including Regional TMOE Manager for the Asia Pacific sector, where leadership efforts focused on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Industrial Gases Company Ltd. Rachel holds dual EMBA degrees from Fudan University and Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Central China Normal University.
