Tim Pullan

Tim Pullan is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in technology, outsourcing, and marketing analytics. Currently serving as an Advisor at Circuit Medical Ltd and ThoughtRiver, Tim previously founded and led the Singapore office of Taylor Vinters, where a focus was placed on technology and investment transactions across Asia. Tim held leadership roles at Experian Marketing Analytics as Managing Director and earlier as Commercial Director, contributing to the company’s commercial strategy in the UK. Tim was also a Partner at Lawrence Graham LLP, specializing in Technology & Outsourcing, and progressed from a Solicitor to a Partner at Tite & Lewis. Tim began a legal career at Kennedys after earning a BA in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Post Graduate Law degree from Nottingham Trent University.
