Marcello Fernandes Fornari has a decade of professional experience in the Information Technology field. Marcello began their career in 2010 as an Intern in Software Development at MRE Solucoes, where they designed web applications using Adobe Flex Framework and Java J2EE language. Marcello then joined Ci&T as an Intern in Business Intelligence in 2011, where they designed functions with BW SAP tool and learned about Business Intelligence aspects. In the same year, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Business Analyst Trainee/Consultant, where they designed projects related to Information Technology. Marcello then joined Via Consulting in 2012 as a CRM & BI - Consulting Services. In 2013, they founded Reciclo Eletronicos. In 2014, they co-founded Faz3D (Plastride) - Manufacturing of 3D printer filaments, where they managed logistic, sales, and marketing operations. In 2016, they joined Amexs International as a Business Development Analyst in India, and Masti Tech - Enhancing: People & Business as an Information Technology Business Manager. In 2020, they were appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Circular Brain.

Marcello Fernandes Fornari has a diverse educational background. Marcello obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 2007-2012. Marcello then completed a course on Gestão e estratégia em mídias sociais from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2013. In 2017-2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from FIAP in Business Administration and Management, General. Marcello also holds a Corporate Finance degree from Ohio University in Business. Additionally, they have a certification in IBM DB2 Fundamentals from IBM Corporation obtained in September 2010. Currently, they are taking a course in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from MIT Professional Education.
