Paula Naranjo Hernández

Paula Naranjo Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Paula currently works as a Technical Recruiter at Circular, where they analyze tech profiles, matches candidates with job opportunities, and provides feedback to improve workflow. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Recruiter at ATOS by Serem consulting, where they built recruitment processes and communicated with HRBP's and hiring managers. Paula also has experience as a Technical Assistant for educational tasks at Fundación Diagrama and Asociación Solidaria Mundo Nuevo. In addition, Paula has worked as a Social Educator at Asociacion Mensajeros de la Paz, a Team Manager at Sixt, and a Rental Agent at Avis Canarias.
