Wendy Hernández

Wendy Hernández has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Wendy started their career at AT&T in 2011 as an Especialista de Proyectos, where they were responsible for designing and implementing technological improvements for the Accounting department. Wendy also coordinated user testing for different technological projects and handled report generation, data analysis, and database management.

In 2014, Wendy joined HSBC as a Project Leader, overseeing projects related to optimizing branch operations. Wendy also coordinated audits for branch operations and built risk models for monitoring operational key performance indicators. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager (Payroll & Personal Loans) at HSBC, where they ensured the company's return on investment by creating new financial products and modifying existing ones. Wendy also implemented effective commercial strategies across business areas and optimized financial resources by improving marketing processes.

Wendy joined Creditas in 2021 as a Business Developer and contributed to the company's growth until 2023. Currently, they work as a Product Owner at Círculo de Crédito.

Wendy Hernández obtained their Licenciatura degree in Administración y gestión de empresas from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2009 and 2012. Wendy went on to pursue an Especialidad en Finanzas from the same university starting in 2015, with the end year unspecified. Additionally, Wendy obtained two certifications in July 2022: Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy and Scrum Product Owner Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
