Xavier Bolaño C

Xavier Bolaño C is an experienced professional in venture capital, business development, and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of CVC and Venture Architect at Círculo de Crédito since January 2023, Xavier previously worked at Seedstars as the Head of Partnerships & Business Development for Latam and as Country Manager from November 2020 to February 2023. Additional roles include membership on the Fundraising and Strategy Committee for Alianza por la inversión de impacto México, and serving as CFO for Ashoka México, Centroamérica y El Caribe. Xavier has also contributed as a Ventures Judge and Mentor for MassChallenge and as Executive Director and CFO at Distribuciones Latam. Earlier experience includes roles as General Manager and Financial Director at TRANSPORTES LIQUIDOS DE COLOMBIA TLC S.A, and as Manager at RSC Seguros Ltda. Academic credentials include a Financial Engineering degree from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, a Master's in Digital Business Management from Universitat de Barcelona, and ongoing studies in VC Unlocked: Silicon Valley at Stanford University.
