Enrique González Campuzano

Enrique (KIRI) González Campuzano currently serves as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities include global leadership for Sales & Channel across sectors and leading the Telecom, Media & Tech sector in Iberia. In addition to management roles, Enrique is a core member of the evaluation Committee for Partners, with a focus on growth, marketing, and sales, particularly in a digital context. Enrique holds academic positions as an Associate Professor of Strategy at both IE Business School and Business School UNIR, while also contributing to various working teams and organizations, including Círculo de Empresarios and Fundación Cotec para la Innovación. Previous experience includes teaching at MIT Sloan School of Management, where Enrique was awarded for excellence in teaching, as well as roles in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and consulting at Arthur Andersen. Enrique earned an MBA from MIT Sloan with the highest possible GPA and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, alongside holding a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where graduation was achieved with honors.
