Heitor Strogulski

Heitor Strogulski is the Executive Manager of Information Technology at Círculo Saúde and a co-founder of FlamingoEDU - Soluções para o Ensino, where they have been supporting companies and educational institutions since 2018. Heitor previously served as a consultant and manager of IT at various institutions, including Universidade de Caxias do Sul, where they worked from 1992 to 2018. Heitor holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, along with an MBA in Higher Education Management from UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul.
