Kara Willis currently serves as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Sky Zone, the world's largest developer and franchisor of indoor active entertainment parks, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Kara was the Vice President of Operations at ISI® Elite Training Franchise and has extensive experience in franchise operations and team performance at various fitness organizations, including F45 Training and TITLE Boxing Club. Kara has also held coaching roles in NCAA Division I softball programs, achieving significant success, including championships and regional titles at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and previous institutions. Kara holds a Master's degree in Recreation and Sports Sciences from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts.
