Hussain Alkhars

Hussain Alkhars has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. Hussain began their career in 2011 as a Trainee (Coop) at Saudi Telecom Company, where they gathered requirements by conducting meetings with end users, developed database rational design, imported data into Microsoft SQL Server database, and tested system functionalities and data accuracy. In 2013, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing project requirements to prepare and execute test scenarios, executing test cases and logging test results and bugs, interacting with respective stakeholders on the progress of executions, performing sanity and regression testing and identifying the root cause of defects, and performing white and black box testing of ICMS to Seibel CRM systems data migration. Hussain also worked as a Business Analyst, where they gathered information by analyzing documents and interacting with business, analyzed business process requirements, and interacted with Corporate Strategy to design and develop dashboard reports. In 2016, they co-founded Circlys app and served as the CIO, where they interfaced with company executives to develop organization strategy and direction, collaborated with business and operation teams to specify and analyze requirements, and led the IT team to produce high quality deliverables. In 2017, they began freelancing as a Developer, where they developed and maintained mobile and web applications with Google Flutter and Ionic framework, designed and implemented Google Firebase NoSQL database and firestone, and developed NodeJS REST API with Firebase and Oracle Databases.

Hussain Alkhars obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM between 2006 and 2012. Hussain then went on to obtain a Master's degree in E-Business from King Saud University between 2022 and 2024. In addition, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2016, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute in September 2016.
