Hugh Cormican

Hugh Cormican is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Serving as CEO at Cirdan Ltd since July 2010, Cormican previously held the position of Non-Executive Director at Sepha Ltd from 2007 to 2011 and CEO at Bioptics from August 2008 to September 2010. Notably, Cormican co-founded Andor Technology Plc in 1989, eventually becoming CEO and leading the company to consistent profitability until 2007. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Laser Physics and a B.Sc in Pure and Applied Physics from Queen's University Belfast.
