Sara Moussadeq

Sara Moussadeq is currently working as an IE Bioinformatique at CIRI Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie since December 2022. Previously, Sara completed a bioinformatics internship at EES - Laboratoire EBI - Université de Poitiers, focusing on the metagenomics of microbial communities in terrestrial isopods, where responsibilities included assembling metagenomes and developing a Nextflow pipeline for automating analysis. Additional experience includes an immunoinformatics internship at IMGT, analyzing the immune response to SARS-CoV-2, and a pharmaceutical laboratory internship at Sothema, involving microbiological analysis of pharmaceutical water. Sara holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Université Clermont Auvergne and a Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Montpellier.
