Mike Malik has an extensive background in the aviation industry. Mike is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Cirium, a leading provider of aviation analytics and data services. Prior to their role at Cirium, Mike served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Aerobrand, a branding company specializing in the aviation industry. Mike also worked as an Executive Advisor at The Rossch Group, where they provided expertise in crew management, operations control, airport operations, and passenger experience.
Earlier in their career, Mike held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at UBM Aviation, a comprehensive service provider to the air transport industry. Mike was also the President of Aloha Air Cargo, which underwent a complete re-branding in 2008. Before that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Aloha Airlines.
Mike has also held leadership positions at MAXjet Airways, Travelport's subsidiary Shepherd Systems, Sabre, and American Airlines. In these roles, they gained experience in marketing, sales, and business intelligence systems within the aviation industry.
Mike Malik has a Master of Science degree in Air Transport Engineering from Cranfield University. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Design from Loughborough University. In addition, Mike has completed the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Columbia Business School. Mike has also received executive education in Finance and Executive Management from Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
