Elliot Kastner has over 10 years of work experience. Elliot began their career in 2009 as a Warehouse Employee for the United Beverage Company, where they worked the graveyard shift and gained experience in forklift operation. In 2010, they co-founded GreenGarageStore, an eBay Top-Rated Power Seller business, which has grossed over a million dollars in sales. In 2012, they co-founded Fresh Start Soil, an organic worm casting farm start up, and facilitated warehouse management and operation. In 2013, they interned as a Quality Assurance Engineer for MacLean Fogg Company. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, and then as a Mechanical Design Consultant for Rytek Medical, Inc. In 2017, they were a Global Sourcing Team Lead, New Product Introduction Program Manager, and New Product Introduction Project Lead at Formlabs. In 2020, they worked as a Global Supply Manager at Apple, and in 2021 they began working as a Director of Supply Chain and Global Supply Manager at Cirkul.

Elliot Kastner holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Psychology Minor from Dartmouth College, and a High School diploma from Hawaii Preparatory Academy.
