Heidi Conrad, CPA, CA, ICD.D, is a strategic finance leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cash management. They have held key positions such as CFO at Matco Financial Inc. and Finance Leader at Amplify Advisors, where they provided strategic financial leadership while coaching business owners and finance teams. As a director and advisor, they support non-profit organizations and regulatory bodies, and currently serves on the Investor Advisory Panel for CIRO. Heidi's educational background includes a BComm in Commerce from Dalhousie University and a CA designation from the CA School of Business.
