Joe Kelly is a Senior Enforcement Counsel at CIRO / OCRI with experience in civil and commercial disputes, construction claims, fraud investigations, and product liability. Prior to this, Joe worked at Blaney McMurtry LLP as an Associate. Joe also has experience in financial risk management at RBC, criminal finance litigation at the Metropolitan Police, UK Home Office, and National Crime Agency, and litigation management at Kent County Council. Joe completed their legal education at various institutions including the Law Society of Ontario and The University of Law.
