Rob Pearson

Rob Pearson, Ph.D., MBA, is a learning and development executive with 30 years of experience in managing and growing organizations focused on innovative learning solutions. Currently, Rob serves as the Director of Proficiency Standards and Assessment at CIRO/OCRI and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Massachusetts. Rob has previously held senior roles, including Chief Executive Officer of The Institute for Performance and Learning and Vice President at Bond Brand Loyalty. With a diverse educational background, including degrees in Fine Arts and Instructional Design, Rob is recognized for integrating creativity and business acumen to drive transformational change. Additionally, Rob is actively involved in community service and pursues interests in documentary filmmaking and classic cinema.
